Terms of Use
1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to ONE WALLET (the "App," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ONE WALLET governing your access to and use of the ONE WALLET mobile application, website, and all associated products, features, and services.
By installing, accessing, registering for, or otherwise using ONE WALLET in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the App and must uninstall it immediately.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, or business practices. Revisions take effect upon publication within the App or on our official channels, and the "Last Updated" date will be modified accordingly. Your continued use of ONE WALLET after such revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility and User Representations
To use ONE WALLET, you represent, warrant, and covenant the following at all times:
- Minimum Age: You have reached at least eighteen (18) years of age, or such higher age of majority as may be required by the laws of your country of residence.
- Capacity: You possess the full legal capacity, authority, and consent to enter into a binding contract and to assume all obligations set forth herein.
- Jurisdictional Compliance: You are not a citizen of, resident in, physically located in, or organized under the laws of any country or territory that is the target of comprehensive economic sanctions, trade embargoes, or similar restrictions imposed by the United Nations, the United States (including OFAC), the United Kingdom, the European Union, or any comparable authority. Restricted territories include but are not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
- Clean Record: You are not identified on any sanctions, watchlist, or denied-persons list, including but not limited to the U.S. Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list or any equivalent list maintained by competent authorities.
- Lawful Funds: Any digital assets you interact with through ONE WALLET have been obtained through lawful means and do not originate from criminal activity, fraud, or sanctions evasion.
ONE WALLET reserves the unrestricted right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any User or device that fails or is reasonably suspected of failing to satisfy the foregoing representations.
3. Services Provided
ONE WALLET is a multi-chain, non-custodial digital asset wallet offering the following core functionalities:
- Multi-Chain Wallet: Generate, import, and manage self-custody wallets across multiple blockchain networks including, but not limited to, The Open Network (TON), Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains (such as BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, and Arbitrum), and other supported networks that may be added or removed at our discretion.
- Send, Receive, and Store: Transmit, collect, and hold supported digital assets and tokens across the networks enabled within the App.
- $1 Token Mining: Participate in the $1 token mining program, governed by the ONE WALLET Mining Policy and any supplementary rules published within the App.
- Cross-Chain and In-App Token Swap: Exchange supported digital assets through integrated third-party decentralized exchanges ("DEXs"), aggregators, and cross-chain bridge protocols.
- Security Utilities: PIN protection, biometric unlock, encrypted local storage, and Multi-Share recovery tools, including the Recovery Phrase and optional Email Shard.
Features, supported networks, and supported tokens may be introduced, modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time and for any reason, with or without advance notice. Availability of any specific feature or network in your jurisdiction is not guaranteed.
4. Non-Custodial Nature of the Service
ONE WALLET is strictly non-custodial. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept the following irrevocable realities:
- You control your Recovery Phrase, any exported private key, and your wallet credentials. ONE WALLET does not store your reconstructed private key or your Recovery Phrase in readable form. The App uses a 2-of-4 Multi-Share architecture: a third-party key-management network holds the Telegram-bound share, your device holds the device share, you hold the Recovery Phrase share, and, only if you enable email recovery, ONE WALLET holds an Email Shard that is released only after one-time email verification. No single party holds enough shares to reconstruct your key or move your funds.
- You bear sole and exclusive responsibility for safeguarding your wallet credentials, device, and any backup copies. Failure to do so may result in the permanent and irreversible loss of all digital assets associated with that wallet.
- ONE WALLET has no technical ability, legal duty, or discretionary power to recover, freeze, reverse, modify, or restore your wallet, credentials, or any digital assets where you cannot provide enough usable shares to satisfy the 2-of-4 threshold, regardless of cause (including theft, phishing, device loss, user error, or death).
- All on-chain transactions are final. Once a transaction has been broadcast to a blockchain and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded by ONE WALLET, by any third party, or by anyone else.
- You must personally verify recipient addresses, chain selection, amounts, token contracts, and all other transaction parameters before signing or broadcasting any transaction.
5. $1 Token and Mining Disclaimer
5.1 Nature of $1
The $1 token ("$1") is a digital asset distributed and denominated within the ONE WALLET ecosystem. The $1 token is offered solely as a utility and engagement mechanism within the App.
5.2 No Guarantee of Value
ONE WALLET makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — regarding any current or future market price, liquidity, listing, tradability, or utility of $1. The value of $1 may rise, fall, become illiquid, or drop to zero at any time without notice. Historical performance of any digital asset does not imply, predict, or guarantee future results.
5.3 Mining Rewards Are Not Guaranteed
Participation in the $1 mining program is optional and subject to the ONE WALLET Mining Policy, program parameters, reward rates, eligibility rules, and anti-abuse measures, all of which may be modified, paused, resumed, or terminated by ONE WALLET at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice. No specific reward, quantity, or frequency is promised.
5.4 Not a Security or Regulated Instrument
$1 is not intended to constitute, and must not be construed as, a security, investment contract, share, bond, fund interest, derivative, or any other form of regulated financial instrument under the laws of any jurisdiction. ONE WALLET does not offer, solicit, or promote $1 as an investment. Availability of $1 within the App does not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
5.5 Not Financial Advice
Nothing published by ONE WALLET within the App, these Terms, marketing materials, social channels, or communications constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are strongly advised to consult an independent, qualified professional before making any decision involving digital assets.
5.6 Acknowledgement of Speculative Risk
Digital assets, including $1, are highly volatile and speculative. You may lose some or all of the economic value associated with any digital asset at any time. You voluntarily assume all such risks and hold ONE WALLET harmless from any resulting loss.
6. Multi-Chain, Cross-Chain Bridges, and Network-Specific Risks
ONE WALLET operates across multiple independent blockchain networks, each with its own consensus mechanism, governance, fee structure, native gas token, and risk profile. By using the multi-chain features, you acknowledge the following:
6.1 Gas Tokens and Network Fees
Every on-chain operation requires the native gas token of the relevant network (for example, TON on The Open Network, ETH on Ethereum, BNB on BNB Smart Chain). You are solely responsible for maintaining sufficient gas tokens on each chain you use. ONE WALLET cannot refund or recover assets lost due to insufficient gas, failed transactions, or incorrect network selection.
6.2 Wrong-Chain and Wrong-Address Transfers
Sending a token to an address on an incompatible chain, or to a contract address that does not support the token, will generally result in the permanent and irrecoverable loss of those assets. ONE WALLET does not and cannot recover such assets.
6.3 Cross-Chain Bridges
Cross-chain transfers within the App rely on third-party bridge protocols. Bridges are among the highest-risk components in the digital asset ecosystem and have historically been the target of significant exploits. ONE WALLET does not operate, audit, or underwrite any bridge and is not liable for delays, stuck funds, bridge downtime, slippage, partial fills, or losses caused by bridge smart-contract failures, bridge operator insolvency, or bridge governance actions.
6.4 Network Forks, Reorgs, and Upgrades
Networks may undergo hard forks, chain reorganizations, protocol upgrades, or deprecation events. ONE WALLET is not obligated to support any particular fork or upgrade and is not liable for any resulting loss, duplication, or unavailability of assets.
6.5 Malicious or Unverified Tokens
Public blockchains allow anyone to deploy tokens, including tokens that impersonate legitimate projects or contain malicious code (for example, honeypots or tokens with hidden transfer restrictions). You are solely responsible for verifying any token contract before interacting with it.
7. Token Swap and Third-Party Protocols
7.1 Third-Party Integrations
The in-App swap feature is powered by one or more third-party decentralized exchanges, aggregators, liquidity pools, and bridge protocols. ONE WALLET does not own, operate, custody funds for, or control these third parties.
7.2 No Liability for Third-Party Behaviour
ONE WALLET expressly disclaims all liability arising from, connected with, or caused by:
- Outages, bugs, exploits, hacks, or smart-contract vulnerabilities in any third-party protocol;
- Slippage, price impact, unfavourable exchange rates, MEV, or sandwich attacks;
- Failed, stuck, pending, or mis-routed transactions;
- Actions, inaction, insolvency, or malicious conduct of any liquidity provider, protocol governor, or relayer;
- Changes to third-party fee schedules, routing logic, or supported pairs.
7.3 Fees
Swap transactions are subject to (i) blockchain network fees (gas), (ii) third-party protocol and liquidity provider fees, and (iii) where applicable, service fees charged by ONE WALLET. Aggregated estimates of these fees will be presented to you prior to transaction confirmation, but actual fees may vary due to network conditions beyond our control.
8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use ONE WALLET only for lawful purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. You will not, and will not permit any third party to:
- Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or sanctions in any relevant jurisdiction;
- Engage in, finance, or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, tax evasion, fraud, or any other financial crime;
- Attempt to evade, disable, or tamper with geographic, eligibility, or security restrictions;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable mandatory law;
- Deploy bots, crawlers, multi-accounts, emulators, or other automated tools to abuse the mining program, swap routing, rewards, or any other feature;
- Exploit, or attempt to exploit, bugs, race conditions, oracle manipulation, or other unintended behaviours in the App or in any connected smart contract;
- Impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity, eligibility, or jurisdiction, or use another user's credentials or wallet without authorization;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attack the App's infrastructure, other users, or any integrated protocol.
Violation of this Section 8 may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, forfeiture of any unclaimed mining rewards, and referral to law enforcement.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to ONE WALLET — including software, user interfaces, source code, visual design, branding, trademarks, service marks, logos, text, graphics, audio, and compilations thereof — are and remain the exclusive property of ONE WALLET or its licensors. Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, ONE WALLET grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App for its intended consumer purpose. No other rights, express or implied, are granted. You may not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of information in connection with the App is described in the ONE WALLET Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP AND ALL RELATED SERVICES, CONTENT, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONE WALLET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Without limiting the foregoing, ONE WALLET does not warrant that:
- The App will operate without errors, interruptions, defects, or security breaches;
- Any defects or errors will be corrected within any particular timeframe, or at all;
- The App or any connected blockchain or protocol is free of malware, viruses, or other harmful components;
- Information, prices, balances, estimates, or routing results displayed in the App are accurate, complete, or current;
- Any transaction submitted through the App will be included in a block or executed at any particular price.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONE WALLET OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF:
- Digital assets, tokens, cryptocurrency, gas tokens, or $1 tokens;
- Private keys, Recovery Phrases, Email Shards, or access to any wallet;
- Profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings;
- Data, goodwill, or reputation;
- Value resulting from market volatility, depegging, rug pulls, or token price movements;
- Value resulting from third-party protocol, bridge, or oracle failures;
- Value resulting from unauthorized access to your device, wallet, or credentials.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ONE WALLET'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO ONE WALLET DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, the foregoing limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Suspension, Termination, and Discontinuation
ONE WALLET may at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, modify, or permanently discontinue the App or any of its features, including the $1 mining program, swap integrations, or support for any particular network or token. Because ONE WALLET is non-custodial, discontinuation of the App does not affect your ownership or on-chain control of your wallet, provided that you have preserved enough recovery material to satisfy the 2-of-4 threshold. You remain solely responsible for migrating to an alternative compatible wallet if you wish to continue accessing your assets after discontinuation.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law, without reference to any particular national conflict-of-law rules.
You and ONE WALLET agree to attempt, in good faith, to resolve any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App through direct, confidential negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may refer the dispute to final and binding arbitration administered under internationally recognized arbitration rules, conducted in the English language, with the seat and procedural framework selected from jurisdictions that recognize the enforceability of international arbitral awards.
Nothing in this Section limits ONE WALLET's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or security interests.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ONE WALLET, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the App;
- Your violation or alleged violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party;
- Any content, transaction, or instruction you submit through the App;
- Any dispute between you and another user or any third-party protocol.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16.2 No Waiver. Failure by ONE WALLET to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16.3 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of ONE WALLET. ONE WALLET may freely assign these Terms at any time.
16.4 No Agency. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and ONE WALLET.
16.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific policies (including the Mining Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and ONE WALLET concerning the App, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications or proposals, whether oral or written.
16.6 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation provided is for convenience only; in case of conflict, the English version prevails.
